A listing is judged in seconds. I photograph properties in Chania and across Crete so that the architecture, the light and the surroundings come across at a glance: wide, honest frames of each space, supported by detail shots that carry the character of the place.
The result helps owners and agents who sell or rent, villa and holiday-rental hosts, hotels and boutique stays, and architects and builders documenting finished work. A shoot can be photography only, or photography with a short video of the property.

The shoot is timed to the best natural light of the day, including golden hour for exteriors and sea views.

Edited and delivered
Colour-corrected photos, usually delivered within 7–14 days.
How it works
Send me the location, the type of property and where the images will be used. We agree a date that suits the light, I share a short preparation guide so the property is ready for the camera, and on the day I photograph room by room. Edited images follow within the usual 7–14 days.

Do you photograph properties outside Chania?
Yes. I work across Crete and travel for projects in Greece and abroad.
Can I get photos and video together?
Yes. Photography, a short video, or both. Tell me where the material will be used and I will suggest what fits.
How long does a property shoot take?
It depends on the size of the property and how much you need. We agree the scope before the day, so there are no surprises.
When will I receive my edited photos?
Final edits are usually delivered within 7–14 days, depending on the project size and complexity.
